Now I have some questions: Does The Packet support that position? Does The Packet management really believe there is nothing wrong with marijuana? Or will The Packet management print a prominent statement of regret, including the physical, mental, psychological and emotional problems that we know can result from marijuana use? I have read and reread Doonesbury for 30 years. Politically and socially, the author, Garry Trudeau, and I probably do not agree on a single issue. I believe Mr. Trudeau's work is borderline genius. However, I fully believe Mr. Trudeau's mind cracked when he couldn't deal with the reality of America electing Ronald Reagan president. His work went from insightful to delusional. At the very least, Doonesbury should be moved to the "opinion" section. If The Packet had a "Lies, Half-truths and Innuendo" section, that would be more appropriate.
