WHO'S SMOKING WHAT?

I'm wondering if Coun. Harvey Smith has been dipping into crack cocaine
himself, since he thinks banning baking soda and gasline antifreeze would
help stop a problem. What's next, a special permit to buy these items? Or
any type of food that can be used to produce drugs?

We've made it hard for some people to buy cleaning supplies. Has this stop
sniffers? So, let's ban most foods in stores since they can be used to make
drugs.

Why not stop people from selling hydroponic equipment since it can produce
marijuana? And yet we have someone in council wasting our tax dollars on
making it harder for honest people to buy a box of baking soda. Smith's
slow on the uptake. These products have been used for years, and he finally
notices this now.

Boy, am I glad I voted for you -- NOT!

(It would be impossible to ban all the benign substances that can be used
in this way.)
