Well, it would appear they need to read, think, and learn while keeping an open mind. Every major drug policy work done in the past 60 years recommends, at the least, decriminalization. I have debated many people who oppose decriminalization of marijuana, and I have never noted even one who has ever read one major drug-policy work. Matthew Hulett Short Hills, N.J.
