NO WAY TO RUN SYSTEM

As a registered voter and taxpayer, I would like to know just where the
prosecuting attorney was when this pot smoking by Judge Thomas Gilbert was
brought to light by some people in Elk Rapids while at a Rolling Stones
concert. The prosecutor is elected by the people to represent the people of
the county of Grand Traverse. I bet if this was a misdemeanor or something
he was sure to win, he would jump right on it.

The prosecuting attorney makes a lot of money to turn his back on something
this important. Maybe a recall is in order for this prosecuting attorney.
Maybe this is how they ran this court in the past, or was it something they
inherited from the past?

Let's hear from all you people in Grand Traverse on how you feel about pot
smoking and being a judge and the prosecuting attorney who turned his back
on something this important.
