In addition to these arrests, the Drug Enforcement Administration is said to have shut down several Web sites that promote ideas over which John Ashcroft would like to throw a curtain. It is outrageous, especially while we are allegedly under dire threat from foreign enemies, that our federal government is spending our resources to persecute dead-heads and medical marijuana patients and their caregivers. Andrew Dickson White, first president of Cornell University, wrote, "The last struggles of a great superstition are very frequently the worst." Isn't it going around that Ashcroft is terrified of calico cats, believing them to be devils? Ginger Warbis Monessen - --- MAP posted-by: Doc-Hawk
