TULIA VICTIMS OWED

Re: "Tulia drug defendants, county reach deal - Settlement may avert 
lawsuits in disputed drug convictions," Thursday news story.

Why should the ability of the county to pay determine the amount paid to 
the Tulia defendants? Swisher County needs to first seek the firing of 
officials responsible for the hiring and employment of undercover agent Tom 
Coleman, and then raise money by whatever means necessary to adequately 
compensate the victims of the incompetence of the officials.

Will anyone take Tom Coleman to court?
