THE VOICE

The Lord government found millions of dollars for the Canada Winter Games,
but had no money for a hospital in Woodstock. Now, it's spending almost one
million on separate buses for French and English students. Wouldn't
bilingual bus drivers be more affordable?

If a large city like New York can ban smoking in public places, why can't a
small city like Saint John do the same? And while you're at it, make sure
the new bylaw includes marijuana - that would solve this Cannabis Cafe
problem as well.

With the state of New Brunswick and the hardship on seniors being what it
is, I can't understand why, when someone like Jim Webb comes along to work
on our behalf, he is so badly criticized. If you can't say something nice,
then don't spout off at all. There is no need of it.

It's time for Dr. Dennis Furlong to get back to being a doctor. Spending
$830,000 for new school buses for French students because of safety
reasons? Come on!
