EDITORIAL ON DRUGS WAS ON TARGET ...

Kudos to Scott Perry for his editorial, "War On Drugs: We Are Fighting a 
Losing Battle." He is quite right to compare alcohol prohibition in the 
last century to drug prohibition today. It didn't work then, and it doesn't 
work now. The problem of drug abuse is one that our society needs to 
address, but putting people in jail for smoking a joint is not the answer.
