GEORGE WON'T LIKE IT

While your attempt to legalize or decriminalize marijuana is laudable, it 
will never happen. There is no way that your government will stand against 
the wishes of your neighbour to the south. If there was even a hint that 
legislation would pass legalizing marijuana, President George W. Bush would 
declare marijuana a weapon of mass destruction and start launching laser 
guided missiles into the growers' houses.
