NO ARREST, NO JAIL

I'm writing about the May 28 letter from Frank G. Sterle Jr. in which he 
wrote about legitimizing marijuana. No one who is advocating that marijuana 
be decriminalized says there are no risks associated with marijuana use. We 
just don't want one of those risks to be being arrested and thrown in jail 
with violent prisoners and then given a permanent criminal record.
