DECRIMINALIZATION BETTER FOR ADDICTED

Do we really want to declare war on drugs and addiction? If so, let's put 
our emotions aside for the moment and ask: What really makes drug addiction 
flourish? The answer: Profit.

If we decriminalized drugs our resources could be better utilized helping 
those with addiction.
