How hilarious. The marijuana law reform will save the federal government hundreds of millions of dollars spent on enforcement of pot laws, and earn fine revenues not collected under the current law, money that will be available to fight organized crime. In other words, financial savings are being described by Coleman as financial costs! Maybe this kind of accounting lies at the heart of the provincial government's disastrous fiscal problems. Maybe they just don't know the difference between costs and revenues. Jim and Ruth Hanson Burnaby - --- MAP posted-by: Jay Bergstrom
