CRYSTAL METH

Vancouver -- I'm in my 30s. I've tried crystal meth. Would I do it
again? I might. Or I might not. It's not that important to me either
way. Is it addictive? Personally, I don't see how, although I also
don't understand people's addictions to cigarettes, alcohol, gambling,
cocaine, etc. I've tried them all at least once, and really don't see
the attraction (Toxic Drug Causes Lasting Damage To Brain -- Jan. 10).

Do I think crystal meth is safe to use? Not from what I've read and
researched. It's a risk I've taken on occasion, maybe once a year. It
is really fun, until you come down (then get yourself ready for some
emotional hell). A day or so later, you pull yourself back together
and get on with your real life.

The girl in your article went through a nightmare I'll hopefully never
experience, but it sounds like she had big problems long before she
discovered crystal meth. Mixing big life problems with any drug, legal
or illegal, is probably not a good idea.
