LEGALIZING POT BETTER THAN COSTLY PROHIBITION

Letter writer Eric Knudsen (Legalizing Marijuana Reinstates Civil
Rights, July 13) makes a good point as he obviously feels strongly
about this issue.

I'll bet he would be one of the many eco/cannabis tourists who will
flock to Canada from around the globe if we were to wake up to the
wasteful, destructive hypocrisy that is prohibition.
