WHERE THERE'S SMOKE ...

I have to disagree with your front page (Wednesday, July 21), about
the use of smokable cannabis in all forms, being on the rise or doubling.

I firmly believe that with the news of decriminalization, more people
are feeling more comfortable as to their use, past or present.

You must remember, with prohibition comes paranoia. Therefore, up to
this point in time, more people just did not reveal that they smoked
for fear of getting busted, or the social stigma attached to said
smokers, as to being some form of low life.

Wake up every one, stop listening to the propaganda being spouted by
our neighbours to the south. With decriminalization comes decrease in
use ... just look at Europe.
