DON'T CRIMINALIZE RESPONSIBLE POT USERS

I strongly believe my Fourth Amendment right was violated by local
police. I believe I was part of an unreasonable search and seizure.

I am a veteran who receives 40 percent service-connected disability
due to seizures, and I secure the use of marijuana via the defense of
medical necessity. It is crucial that I inform the public of this
injustice and help Georgia residents lobby against such actions for
responsible marijuana smokers.

I'm a middle-class American citizen with an associate degree in
marketing management. I plan to graduate from Savannah State
University with a bachelor's degree in marketing in June 2005 and look
forward to a promising career in marketing.

Arresting otherwise law-abiding citizens (responsible marijuana
smokers) serves no legitimate purpose. It merely extends government
into inappropriate areas of our lives and careers.
