That is true only if police don't support and help create those laws. Where I live, police are actively creating those discredited laws. I remember when police used to say, "If you don't like the laws, change them," and "I don't make the laws; I just enforce them." Police don't recite those anymore because police and prison guard unions support perpetuating the war on drugs, gaining job security. Another key factor in re-legalizing Cannabis is its also Biblically righteous.
