LEGALIZE, REGULATE, AND TAX MARIJUANA

The premiers and the federal health minister have been all over the TV
and the papers talking about what they can do to save health care. Yet
no one -- not the media, none of the premiers, none of the federal
ministers -- will mention the obvious. That is, if they would just
legalize, regulate, and tax marijuana, they would have upwards of $4
billion every year to put into health care. They have no intention of
fixing health care. They intend to raise taxes, cut some services and
privatize others. That is not my kind of Canada.
