Epstein CURRENT LAWS WASTE OF COURT RESOURCES Yes, it is time we stopped handcuffing people for marijuana possession. It will conserve police, prosecutorial, public counsel, and judicial resources. Those who say no fail to see that current law reduces neither supply nor demand. Anyone who wants marijuana can get it. About 50 percent of adults have tried marijuana at least once, most never tried any other illicit drug. Almost all are good people. Some are politicians. Steven S.
