INTERSTATE COMMERCE?

What has Antonin Scalia been smoking? He would have us believe that
the woman growing her own medical cannabis is having a significant
impact on interstate commerce? He sounds like somebody who knows where
he wants to go and is just trying to figure out how to get there. That
may be OK in map-reading, but it is not a desirable trait for our
Supreme Court.
