LABS DO NOT EXIST WITH LEGALIZATION

I'm writing about the not-so-thoughtful letter: "No Legalization
Please."

No doubt that methamphetamine is dangerous. That is why it should be
regulated, controlled and taxed by our government -- not criminals.

Only legal products can be regulated, controlled and taxed by
governments. When pure pharmaceutical grade methamphetamine was
legally available in local pharmacies for pennies per dose, the term
"meth lab" didn't exist. And drug dealers were not handing out free
samples to children.

For the sake of our children, we need to regulate and control the sale
and production of dangerous drugs like meth.
