ORWELL, REINCARNATED?

Doug Hissom did a nice job on "Bloody Legislation" [Jan. 22]. It was
well-written and raised some interesting questions about the
constitutional legality of the "Baby Luke Law." Only time will tell to
see how this new law plays out with authorities on the road. I smell a
little 1984-ishness. We'll just have to wait and see.
