DOPE HEADS RESPONSIBLE FOR HALFTIME SHOW

Editor,

Super Bowl 38 is over, but while the football game was one of the best and
very exciting to watch, which I did to the last second and enjoyed, the
halftime show should never have been part of that contest. It was one of
the most defiling, offensive shows, (especially) when you have an audience
that has milions of good, self-respecting people, kids of all ages and also
service personal, some who are laying their lives on the line to keep this
country a free and safe place to live, watching it.

Then to see a performer with an American flag that had a hole put in it to
put his head through and the rest draped over her shoulders and hips while
singing and doing dirty dancing, and in the same line up another performer
exposing her breast -- what is this country comming to?

Where they got the dope heads to promote and make up a show like that I
don't know, but it was one of the most repugnent shows for people that are
decent. Somebody should be held responsible for it.

Being a combat veteran myself, I can't believe what some of these TV shows
are getting away with. God bless America, (because) we need all the help we
can get to bring this country back to the the land of the free and the brave.
