RANDOM DRUG TESTING GETTING OUT OF HAND

In response to a March 15 story, "Big Mountain backs off from random drug
testing," I would like to congratulate the employee opposition to this
humiliating and degrading idea. I would also like to thank Big Mountain for
having the good sense to back off. This whole idea of random drug testing
has gotten way out of hand. Random drug testing only tends to discourage
ambitious, qualified people from even thinking about applying with a
company that would subject the employee to such testing.

The only thing that an employer should ever expect from you is that you
show up for work on time and that you give them a good day's work for a
good day's wage and nothing more.

The employee should be judged by the quality of their work and not by the
composition of their urine. For more information, see http://utah.usmjparty.com
