I DISAGREE WITH TESTING

Editor,

I can't disagree more with the proposed drug tests in public schools. Isn't 
the point to encourage young people? I thought everyone knew that 
threatening young people just doesn't work very well.

The true irony will be when all students, even the ones who've never 
touched a drug, will suffer from the elimination of more extracurricular 
programs (band, art, lesser popular sports) in order for the school board 
to continuously fund the testing program.
