Hawai'i has a good medical marijuana law that allows people to use marijuana in private, and only if they are really sick and their doctors think it can help. If Mr. Kubo is unable to look around the state and see thousands of crime-fighting needs that are more urgent, then someone else should be running the show. Timothy McCormick Honolulu
