Congratulations are in order to Chief Justice William Rehnquist, Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Sandra Day O'Conner for dissenting in this erroneous decision and recognizing the 10th Amendment to the Constitution, which says that all rights not granted to the federal government belong to the states and their people.
