Michael Campbell, 41, was suspended with pay from IS 72 after he was busted in 2002 with marijuana and cocaine. The city Department of Education appealed a decision that had allowed him to return to work after drug counseling, and yesterday a judicial panel upheld the appeal and found the original ruling to be "irrational and to defy common sense." - --- MAP posted-by: Beth
