The comments came in light of a quantity of drug paraphernalia found in the downtown area. Westbroek says he was stopped by a small group of young people about a week ago. "They said 'Sir! Sir!'" he remembers. "They were five and six-year-old kids. They had found some needles by the train station. The discovery shocked and angered Westbroek. "I ask everyone to report suspicious behavior," he says. "There are little kids around and I feel terrible for little kids who have to see that, who could be hurt by that. Anyone who sees suspicious activities or who finds drug paraphernalia should avoid dealing with the situation themselves but should contact the RCMP. - --- MAP posted-by: Josh
