WILL MARC EMERY BE ANOTHER LEONARD PELTIER?

I don't want American-style "justice" to come here again.

In 1976, Canada extradited Leonard Peltier from Alberta's Small Boys Camp 
to the U.S. to stand trial for the 1975 murder of two FBI agents at the 
Pine Ridge Reserve in South Dakota. Peltier was extradited on the basis of 
false testimony. An eyewitness later recanted her story, saying she had 
been coerced by the FBI to make false statements.

But Peltier is still locked up. He has been in an American jail longer than 
Nelson Mendela was in prison in South Africa. And still the Indian people wait.

Only a fool would believe that this is justice.
