The deaths bring to 32 the total number of vigilante-related killings in the city this month. Police identified the latest victim as Roland Tordel, 33, of Sto. Rosario, Buhangin District. Tordel and his companion, Eduardo Geronimo, had just left the Buhangin cockpit arena along the Diversion Road at around 8:45 p.m. and were about to board their motorcycle when an unidentified man approached them and shot Tordel twice.
