JUSTICE: POT CRUSADER IN COURT

Canadian marijuana activist Marc Emery is scheduled to appear in B.C.
Supreme Court on Thursday to set a date for his extradition hearing.

The leader of B.C.'s Marijuana Party was arrested July 29 on U.S.
charges of conspiracy to distribute marijuana seeds, produce
marijuana, and launder money.
