ADVICE TO DRUGGIES IS A WASTE

I found it highly amusing to hear the so-called "smart" clean people 
advising all drug addicts to use the safe-injection site for their own safety.

What kind of drug are these "advisors" on?

Drug addicts are out to lunch and incapable of making sound decisions.

They may as well advise all criminals and prostitutes that their chosen way 
of life is bad for their health and a change of lifestyle is needed 
immediately.

What a perfect world it would be. But sadly, it ain't gonna happen.
