It said it would have to notify him only if it were using a subpoena. Now, the state attorney's staff have tried to use a subpoena to interview one of Mr. Limbaugh's doctors without notifying him first. Do we have real attorneys working at the state attorney's office? No matter what you think of Mr. Limbaugh's politics, you should be concerned about what is going on here.
