Clapp ARREST GENERALS To the editor: If the United States DEA is really serious about the drug wars, it should arrest the generals of the U.S. army and air force for giving a highly addictive and illegal drug to the soldiers and pilots going into battle. Crystal meth, the drug, is well known in North America as "speed." Canadians were made aware of these high level drug dealers during an investigation of an aggressive U.S. fighter pilot that was told to abort a bombing run, but continued dropping bombs that killed four Canadian soldiers. No arrest of pusher generals. So much for the U.S. war on drugs. Alan C. Clapp, Vancouver - --- MAP posted-by: Josh
