That's why the Moose Jaw police are hoping the public will lend its eyes and ears to keep these illicit activities in check. To this end, the Moose Jaw police service has produced a pamphlet titled How to Spot a Grow Operation or Clandestine Laboratory, which outlines some of the things people can watch for in their own neighbourhoods. "With the people in the community, here we've got 70,000 eyes that could see things versus our 100," said Staff Sgt.
