DRUGGIE RAPES DERANGED SISTER

A SUSPECTED drug addict landed behind bars for allegedly raping his
sister who is reportedly suffering from a mental illness in Caloocan
City.

Charged with rape before the Caloocan City Prosecutor's Office was
Melchor Serquilina, 36, of Kabulusan l-A, Zone 2, District 2, Bgy.
23.

Neighbors and barangay chair Rody Bustamante forced open  the
siblings' house at 8 p.m. Monday and found the  suspect allegedly high
on drugs. The victim sat quivering in the corner.

The victim, 29, said her brother raped her whenever he was high on
drugs.

The suspect denied the charges.
