Mrs Tabram, of Hexham, who was given a six-month suspended sentence last year, had insisted that the drug dealt with back pain and depression better than conventional treatments. Yesterday she said: "I've never successfully grown a cannabis plant - the leaves of these were starting to go brown and die. But I don't want to have to go to a local criminal for my supply. I'm just an old, grey, tubby grandma but I'm going to fight this." - --- MAP posted-by: Josh
