BOISCLAIR'S DRUG USE NO SIN

Too bad Andre Boisclair could not do what Ross Rebagliati did: defend
his friends and associates. Boisclair was a mouse about it, implying
that these were indiscretions of youth.

No one was the wiser about Boisclair's drug use as a cabinet
minister. People use drugs from the pharmacist and function fully
everyday. There is nothing inherently evil about the use of pleasure drugs.
