NO JUSTICE IN BERKSHIRE COURTS

To the Editor of The Eagle:

Within the same week in which Kyle Sawin and his inexplicably proud parents
posed grinning outside the courthouse, two young gentlemen of color were
convicted in Pittsfield court for the same violation of the law as Sawin,
promptly sentenced and consequently  incarcerated as specified by law. One
nation? With liberty and justice for all? Hardly. Where's the rage?
