CANNABIS 'BRAIN AID'

CANNABIS can expand the brain by promoting the growth of new neurons,
according to the latest research.

Experiments with rats indicate that compounds of the drug, known as
cannabinoids, can help nerve cells to regenerate.

Canadian scientists found this had a similar effect to the anti-depressant
pill Prozac.

But they admitted the results were conflicting because cannabis can also
cause memory loss.
