PROHIBITION DOESN'T WORK

The Health Officers Council of B.C. isn't suggesting using "tax
dollars [to] pay for the druggies' daily fix."

It suggests governments more tightly regulate alcohol and tobacco,
and use similar restrictions and taxation to control illegal drugs.
No drug is made safer when it is produced and sold by criminals.

Prohibition didn't work with alcohol, and it is clearly not working
now for other drugs.

Who would you prefer to control the distribution of drugs --
medical-health officers or organized crime?
