The festival is a project of the substance abuse committee of the CS&CPC. Through cinema and panel discussions, the festival seeks to educate and work towards eliminating the stigma attached to those living with and recovering from addictions. It will showcase the award-winning Canadian short film "Ryan" and five feature-length films: "Most High", "Days of Wine & Roses", "Luck", "Clean" and "On the Outs".
