KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

Re: Medicine Hat High School Plans To Keep Kids Safe From Mexican
Herb, Nov. 1, A3

It's not clear, according to this article, whether Salvia Divinorum
is being used in schools. It's unfortunate vice-principal Rick Lane
is so ignorant of this plant he isn't even cautioning students it may
be dangerous to partake of it while at school. However, Lane is
wisely concerned about education. An excellent educational resource
for Salvia Divinorum is The Salvia Divinorum Research and Information
Center, which can be found at the website www.sagewisdom.org.
Alternatively or in conjunction, he can bring knowledgeable speakers,
such as myself, into his school to talk to the students. I believe I
can offer valuable assistance in meeting Lane's goal of doing what he
can to keep kids safe.
