The DEA estimates that 60 to 80 percent of meth now is imported from Mexico. Law enforcement efforts continue to be as effective as a mosquito on an elephant. As legal drugs kill at a ratio of 55:1 over illegal drugs, someone explain why my profession is chasing drug users. Shouldn't doctors chase drug users? Howard J.
