Why the emphasis on the street urchins Mr. Vicktor? Yes, they definitely engage in petty theft to feed their habits when maybe, just maybe, there may be a host of socio-economic reasons for their existence and behavior that the neo-Conservatives prefer to avoid any discussion of, least wise in the public domain. Why haven't you brought up the subject of the "well to do" drug users and traffickers in Hope Mayor Vicktor? They do exist in numbers that would surprise you if you didn't already know and they too have socio-economic reasons for engaging in their escape behaviors. These are the so called pillars of a community, pillars of salt with habits that they can hide within the confines of their pocket books while all the while carrying on with a pretense of respectability and decency. There is no real difference between the two groups. They are both blights on our town and if you are going to go after one group please demonstrate the fortitude to tackle the other too. With regards to the issue of "frontier justice,' why is it that you do not think it should be tolerated yet I have yet to hear any disturbance in the farces of the outer rim of the Hope political galaxy regarding the very grave issue of having a senior election official (aka District Offical) being assaulted and threatened within the confines of the C.E. Barry voting station on election day by the campaign manager of one of the Members of Council? That was frontier behavior at its worst Mayor Vicktor and if it is to be tolerated and covered up then you should not engage in the politicization of "frontier justice."
