Let's face it, stoners do not get all wired up on testosterone the way drinkers, cokers or meth users do. They should not be tarred with the same brush. If anything, they are the ones driving slower and more cautiously. Good old paranoia can be useful sometimes. Speeding, drinking and traffic congestion are the main culprits in road homicides.
