Villanueva, in a press conference at the Task Force Davao (TFD) Office Thursday, said PDEA has a list of drug surrenderers but they are not sure whether some of them, who were already killed, had surrendered last year, as told in some reports. Statistics showed almost half of the 45 people killed by suspected vigilantes in January this year were involved in gang riots and snatching cases but most of the victims' relatives alleged they have already reformed. Meanwhile, Mayor Rodrigo Duterte said he is after drug peddlers and not the users. He said most of the peddlers, who claim they have already surrendered and changed, are actually still into the illegal drug trade. - ---
