The SUV's three occupants were arrested Wednesday night, shortly after they fled on foot. Police identified the SUV driver as Keo Jonquel Young, 19, of St. Petersburg. He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with serious injuries or death and two counts of sale and possession of cocaine. Police said their investigation was continuing. Clearwater police said the incident began with an undercover drug operation. Young was with two passengers in the SUV in the parking lot of a motel when investigators said they bought crack form him. The SUV slammed into a Saturn carrying four people. Police identified the two killed as a 20-year-old Clearwater man and a 17-year-old from North Port. - --- MAP posted-by: Beth
