Mounties - Re: "Violence cited by both sides in decriminalization crusade,"
March 5.

There was Oscar Lacombe, pictured goose-stepping around, carrying a rifle,
whining about the gun registry.

There was Ralph Klein, musing about "shoot, shovel and shut up" and forming
a provincial police service (i.e., RCMP not good enough).

There was the Taber school shooting.

There was John Carpay of Canadian Taxpayers Federation (conservative answer
to PETA), demanding that folks stick to budgets. No doubt the Mounties did!

There's Bishop Fred Henry, agent of a foreign nation to which Canada has an
ambassador (the Vatican) -- same religion of that young fellow brought up
in a strict religious home: Jim Roszko.

There's "Boots" Zaccardelli, emphasizing the "illicit drug manufacturing."

And still morons all over blame drugs and the federal Liberals for the
death of the four kids doing their damnedest as Mounties.
